2. Fill in the form and prepare your parcel
Fill in all the fields of the Return form and safely package your parcel. Return the product in original packaging and with original labels, undamaged, unused and attach the original invoice. Additionally, the package should be inserted into additional protective wrapping to protect the original product packaging (e.g. cardboard box). In case of returns, shipping costs are charged to the buyer.
3. Reimbursement
When the package has been delivered to Grosbasket registered offices, the product is examined for possible damages and defects. Reimbursement of your playment can take up to 30 days. .
