RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT?

Grosbasket is proud to be able to offer trademarks like Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, SKLZ and McDavid which are the best that the today’s market can offer regarding the quality and variety of products.
We only offer products of the highest quality, but certain faults and damages are still possible, which we want to resolve as soon as possible and in accordance with your expectations.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Send damaged or faulty products to the address stated hereafter and fill in the complaint form that has to be printed out.
• You can also personally deliver the products to our shop.
• Products will be inspected in detail, because often damages of products result from carelessness or inappropriate mechanical movement of the buyer.
• The costs of shipping and returning the goods are covered by the buyer.
• Grosbasket d.o.o. reserves the right to answer to the received complaint within 8 days after receiving the complaint form.
• If the complaint is justified, the buyer may choose a new product. In case the new product is more expensive than the previous one, the buyer shall pay the difference.

IMPORTANT

• In case of damaged or faulty products immediately return these products to the Grosbasket shop at the address Ukmarjeva ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana.
• If you do not do this immediately and continue to use the damaged product, your complaint will automatically NOT be accepted.
• In case of inappropriate use of shoes (e.g. on external courts, unless the seller confirms that the shoes can be used outside) complaints will be rejected!
• If the buyer sends a faulty or damaged product without a copy of the original invoice or the completed complaint form, this complaint will automatically be rejected.
• Buyers can always ask the employees in the shop to give them the complaint form.


HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Sometimes in online shopping, it can happen that a certain product does not fit or meet your expectations. You can return the ordered products without stating any reasons to the address stated hereafter within 30 days after receiving the package, but only if you notify us of your intention within 15 days after receiving the package. If you wish you can then choose a new product or we can reimburse your payment to your bank account within 8 days after receiving the completed form (hereafter).


IMPORTANT

  • Client will return an order on her expense.
  • A product can be returned personally, in which case there are no shipping costs. 
  • The returned product has to be packed in the original packaging, unused and undamaged. The original invoice and form has to be attached or else you can expect delay with sending new order or returning money to your account.



PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS

• When a client receives an ordered product that for any reason does not meet the client’s expectations and the client wants to return the product, the client has to submit his intention to Grosbasket d.o.o. (Client Support Centre at: info@grosbasket d.o.o.) within 15 days after receiving the product.
• Our company organises the collection of the package at the agreed place and time. The client receives a timely prior notice by phone or email.
• The client only needs to fill in the product return form (that can be found hereafter), including the reason for the return, and print out the package acceptance form submitted by Grosbasket d.o.o.
• After the package is delivered to the address of the company Grosbasket d.o.o., the product is inspected regarding possible damages or irregularities and then the payment is reimbursed to the client or a new product in the same value is sent to the client.
• Grosbasket shall perform the exchange of products within 8 working days.
• If the client selects a new product that is more expensive than the previous one, the client shall pay the difference.
