Exchange of Products

Occasionally in online shopping, it might occur that a product does not suit your needs or meet your expectations. You can always return an ordered product, no questions asked, in 30 days from delivery. If you wish, you can select a different item or have your payment reimbursed to your bank account. Alternatively, you can select a more expensive product based on additional payment.

 1.Let us know
After your parcel has been delivered and if you are unhappy with your order, regardless of the reason, and wish to make a return, please contact us in 15 days from delivery. You can contact us via phone at +386 (0) 59 344 580 or e-mail at [email protected].

 2.Fill in the form and prepare your parcel
Fill in all the fields of the Return form and safely package your parcel. Return the product in original packaging and with original labels, undamaged, unused and attach the original invoice. Additionally, the package should be inserted into additional protective wrapping to protect the original product packaging (e.g. cardboard box). Send the package to Grosbasket d.o.o., Ukmarjeva 6, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia

In case of returns, shipping costs are charged to the buyer.

 4.Exchanging the product and reimbursement
When the package has been delivered to Grosbasket registered offices, the product is examined for possible damages and defects. Next, the client is sent a new product or payment is reimbursed. We will despatch a new product or reimburse you in 10 workdays.
