Delivery options

We offer delivery of your parcel to your door or personal collection at the B&M shop. Delivery costs are based on country of delivery. The price list by country is available here.

Your package will be shipped from our depot in 3–7 workdays while the delivery times differ based on country of delivery. If you have placed your order on weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next workday. You can examine the expected deliver times by countries here.

1.Delivery to your door

Your order will be delivered to the address submitted in the cart. In case of delivery to your door, we offer the following payment methods:

• Advance payment

  After receiving a quote for your order, the customer settles the total, saves the receipt and receives the order without any additional obligations. When the total has been safely deposited to the company account, the order will be despatched to the customer. Because payment has already been made, the courier service provider, if you are will not be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery, may offer to arrange to leave the parcel at another desired location based on previous agreement with you as well as based on your consent.

• Credit card or PayPal

  Credit card or PayPal payment is a safe method of online payment using your credit card. It facilitates safe transactions between the seller and the buyer. It is anonymous, fast and safe. The buyer transfers payment to the agreed account of the buyer, who then despatches the ordered product. Because payment has already been made, the courier service provider, if you are will not be present at the shipping address at the time of delivery, may offer to arrange to leave the parcel at another desired location based on previous agreement with you as well as based on your consent.

2.Click and collect

Collect your online order at out B&M establishments at Ukmarjeva ul. 6 in Ljubljana or at Rudeška ul. 169a in Zagreb and avoid additional delivery charges. To collect your order in person, please select “Collect order personally at Grosbasket” in the order placement process.

Delivery times and notification

You will be notified via SMS or e-mail after your order has been successfully shipped. In the e-mail, you will receive an order tracking number and a link where you can check the current location of your package. Your tracking number will be activated late in the evening on the date of shipping from the Grosbasket depot. We recommend that you attempt tracking your parcel after 9.00pm or on the morning of the next day.

If you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, you can arrange a different delivery address with our courier service provider. If you fail to answer your phone at the moment of delivery, the courier service provider will leave you a notice while attempting to again deliver your parcel on the next day.

In case of three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will return to the Grosbasket depot and shop. In case of any delivery issues, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer help desk via e-mail at [email protected] or phone us at +386 59 344 580.

What you can do to help make the delivery to your door as smooth as possible

To make certain that your order is delivered quickly and without issues, we recommend that you:

• Provide an accurate delivery address where someone is available to collect the delivery. E.g. your office or neighbour’s or friend’s address.
• Enter the phone number where you are always available in case of delivery-related issues.
• Track your package. The parcel tracking system keeps you up to date on the current location of your order. This way, you can check the estimated time of arrival of the parcel as well as any possible delivery issues.
• Make sure you have clearly indicated your name on your front door so that the courier service provider can quickly find your address.
