After Ljubljana and Zagreb, Grosbasket opened a new store in Budapest, Hungary, on Saturday, August 15, 2020.
With the contemporary design and high-quality offer of everything a basketball player needs, the store is one of the most modern sports stores in Europe. To make the experience truly unforgettable, we also provide a real basketball court, which is located in the shop.
The opening day was full of basketball-inspired activities!
We organized 3 sneaker raffles, 2 prize competitions, and 1 awesome dunking performance! Around 350 Jordan lovers came to purchase some of the hottest Jordan 1 and Jordan 4 models, the best shooters were competing in basketball games adidas H.O.R.S.E. and Under Armour »Knockout« and won some great prizes but the most memorable part of the day was a dunking performance by the acrobatic group Faceteam Show that impressed everybody with mad skills and high-level of energy. We also had a couple of famous guests visiting, including Vojvoda Dávid, the best Hungarian player, who plays for Szolnoki Olajbányász, and Jelena Brooks, a Serbian national team player, who plays for UNIQA Sopron.
