Best selling sneakers of the season.

Basketball activities for the ’21-’22 season are pretty much behind us, and before we start looking at all the new and exciting things that are coming up, we feel this is also a good time to look back at some of the best from the recent past. Since we at Grosbasket are all about top brands and basketball gear, it only makes sense that we share with you our list of this year’s best-selling basketball shoes. Do you want to hear the best part? We still have some colorways of these awesome performers available!

Nike LeBron 19

Yes, we are starting of this list strong – with the King himself and his record breaking signature sneaker line. No other athlete has had as many basketball shoes released in a row during their active career. LeBron James is basically expanding his legendary status with every appearance or move both on and off the court and this is why so many fans are buying his shoes since they have somewhat of a historic value! They also always feature great tech and for this year’s edition, we will highlight the following:
– lightweight, breathable and durable Flywire upper
– combination of Air Max under the heel and Air Zoom under the toes

Finally – the colorways…they are always great looking storytelling pieces, and it’s best to check them out here:

Curry Flow 9

Ever since the current NBA Finals MVP developed his own brand within Under Armour, his shoes are on a whole new level of greatness. The biggest reason for that is the amazing UA Flow foam, which is a top notch solution for comfort and grip. A significant difference between the 9s and many previous Steph Curry signature models is the fact that this year the shoes have a regular tongue that makes it easier to put the shoe on. Our full review is here:

Then there was the colab with Sesame Street which resulted in several super nice colorways that you can checkout here:

Nike Zoom Freak 3

It’s time to talk about the guy who was also a NBA Finals MVP and also about his basketball shoes. Giannis Antetokounmpo’s kicks are fan favorites ever since their first edition and the 3s have taken that a step further with even greater demand for them! The energy-returning cushioning and multidirectional traction help multidimensional players like Giannis create space and stay in control and now they can do the same for you. There are also 2 Zoom Air units under the forefoot that you will absolutely love, and if you want to learn more about all the details, check out the video review here:

After that, take a look at what’s left in the collection:

Nike PG 6

Paul George always wants two things from his basketball shoes: the feeling that he is walking on clouds and the support for his 2 way style of playing (defense and offense). With this being already the 6th release in his signature line, these two features just keep getting better. The biggest shock and the most pleasant surprise with the 6s was the fact there is Air technology in them and only React foam, made famous by Nike running shoes, is used for cushioning. This brave move turned out to be a slam dunk of an idea! Find out more about the specs in our video:

The great looks, performance and price of this basketball shoe have decreased our stock of it, but there are still some left so check them out, and while you’re at it you can also browse all things PG that you can find at the best basketball store!

Nike Kyrie Infinity

Yes, we saved arguably the best for last! Kyrie Irving may have had his share of off court and team(mates) chemistry issues, but if there is one aspect in which he keeps performing at the highest level it’s definitely his shoe game! The eighth model of the flagship Kyrie series is also called “Infinity” because when the number eight is placed horizontally it becomes the symbol for infinity. And we all know that KI loves sending messages in any way possible. Our favorite segment of the shoe is the Zoom Strobel under the front of the foot, while in the back there is a standard Zoom unit. There is also quite a unique solution for foot lockdown created with “wings” above the eyelets – they are actually two straps, one of which runs behind the entire heel and the other around the front of the foot. You can see more about it here:

Finally, the looks. Kyrie was never afraid to let his artistic side speak through his sneakers and he definitely did that here as well with some amazing designs. Just check them out on the link below and you will see what we are talking about:

And now, we’ll conclude with some exciting news. Make sure you follow us very closely on social media because there might some info very soon about great deals and discounts on some of these basketball shoes! And you would not want to miss that, right?
